As I stated on my e-mail to you on Jan 11th, I said that Nunzy has a great

personality and a good sense of humor.  We are able to have great conversations

and we do laugh a lot.  He can come on rather strong but under that New York way of

his, he is gentle and treats me with great respect and I like that.
